COMMITTEE REPORTS: REPORT:
PRESIDENT I would like to extend a very
warm welcome to each and every member and prospective member of our club to
have a good look at our redesigned Newsletter. The changes we have made are
aimed at placing the important and big news items on the front page, so they
are easy to find and catch the eye. Let us know what you think of it and if
you have any ideas for improvements please pass them on. After all it is your Newsletter. All committee members will have an email address as well
as committee functions (ie Christmas Party, AGM etc.)
this will make it very easy to book in. Our new email system enables anyone
on the committee to check each other’s club emails if they are away or
unavailable and all correspondence will be stored in the one location. A full
list will appear in next month’s Newsletter for you to save to your contacts. A big thank you to all hosts who have put on functions so
far this year; it is really pleasing to see the calendar fill up with such a
fun filled variety of options for one and all to choose from. Please support our hosts by getting on the
phone and booking in to as many as you can.
Our club gets a real buzz and the excitement lifts for everyone when
